About Me

About two years ago, I was moved to give up a regular waged job knowing that sufficient money would come to me somehow. I had some ideas, however I have been provided for in ways my thinking mind would not have been able to dream of.
A very dear friend of mine suggested that I should lead the Laughter Yoga session at her next festival. She persuaded me to do the training and I haven't looked back. 

Laughter yoga has had an amazing affect on my life.  Ten years ago I was the shy person sitting quietly wishing I had a different personality, I wanted to be able to get up and have fun and not be so self conscious.  I remember very clearly being told to calm down when I was young if I became too joyful.  My parents were always worried about what other people thought and so any time we went out we were reminded that children were to be seen and not heard and any playful behavior was viewed as being silly or stupid.  I know I am not alone and that most of us have had experiences like this when we were young.  This is why many of us have forgotten how to really have fun and even what it is like to laugh until we have tears running down our face.   Thanks to laughter yoga I am now the first person to join in any fun, a true transformation! 

We strive for many different things in life and the incentive is always to bring us happiness.  Buddha was to have said         "Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success" I found this out after becoming World champion in my sport, it took me twenty years to achieve it and I was convinced it would bring me happiness.  A bit like owning a new car, it lasted about two weeks. 



I write inspired poetry and songs, my favorite poem came to me after finishing the book "The Blue Print of Oneness " by Ashamarae channeling Saint Germain. 

                                                                                LOVE

                                                                        Cover me, enfold me, incase me in your Love.

                                                      Embrace me, release me, to fly just like a dove.


                                                      Free me, be me, take all of me and dance.

                                                      Remind me of your Love Lord, to remove me from this trance.


                                                      I’m here to serve, please use me, in any way for Love.

                                                      And in my giving, I just know the angels smile above.


                                                      Radiate your Love Lord, so I can clearly see.

                                                      That when I only Love Lord, then I will be free.


                                                      To Love myself, to be myself, to use the gift of time.

                                                      And only when I do this Lord, will your heart reach mine.



I trust that, Love, God, Universal Energy, Spirit are all different descriptions of the Loving Source of which we are a part of.  I believe that by opening our hearts to this Love we will experience ourselves and others in a whole new way.  We will no longer experience loneliness and separation.  Instead we will feel joined and free.  Laughter really is Music to the Soul .
